TeaNovel is operated by AZURE COAST INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with its business address at Rm. 1801, Easey Comm. Bldg., 253–261 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. It is the seller of Tea Pass.
1. Agreement and accounts
By accessing TeaNovel, you agree to these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email or identity provider secure.
2. Personal use
TeaNovel content and software are provided for personal, non-commercial reading. You may not republish, sell, scrape at scale, bypass access or security controls, interfere with the service, or use TeaNovel in a way that infringes another person's rights.
3. Tea Pass
Tea Pass removes advertising across TeaNovel while the purchased access period is active. It does not unlock novels or chapters and does not include downloads or EPUB files. A signed-in TeaNovel account is required.
- The 7-Day Tea Pass is a one-time USD $1.99 purchase. Its seven full days begin when payment is confirmed. A repeat purchase is added after any unexpired 7-Day Tea Pass period.
- The Monthly Tea Pass is USD $4.99 per month and automatically renews until canceled. No free trial is offered.
Taxes may be added where required and are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. Prices or terms for future purchases may change, but a change will not retroactively alter a completed one-time purchase.
4. Monthly cancellation and payment problems
You can cancel from Account → Tea Pass or Tea Pass → Manage Monthly Tea Pass. These links open Stripe's secure billing portal. A scheduled cancellation stops the next renewal and preserves ad-free access through the already-paid period. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. A failed, incomplete, paused, unpaid, trialing, refunded, or disputed payment does not provide paid Tea Pass access.
5. Refunds and disputes
Our Refund Policy applies to Tea Pass purchases. A full refund revokes the refunded access. A full refund of the current Monthly Tea Pass payment also cancels that subscription. We may suspend access connected to a payment dispute while it is reviewed. Mandatory consumer rights in your location are not limited by these terms.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may maintain, change, or discontinue features. If a TeaNovel fault prevents delivery of paid Tea Pass access, contact [email protected] so we can restore access or review a refund.
7. Third-party services
Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and privacy practices. TeaNovel may link to other sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TeaNovel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Material changes affecting recurring billing will be communicated where required. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without overriding mandatory protections that apply in a consumer's place of residence.
